1. Respect and Inclusivity

1.1. We celebrate diversity and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities to participate in our community. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or any form of intolerance will not be tolerated.

1.2. Treat others with respect, kindness, and empathy. Engage in constructive dialogue and refrain from engaging in personal attacks, bullying, or inflammatory behavior.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not use or share copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without the necessary rights or permissions.

2.2. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please follow the procedures outlined in our Copyright Policy to report the infringement.

3.1. Be honest and transparent in your interactions with others. Do not misrepresent yourself or your artworks, and provide accurate and truthful information when communicating with members of the community.

3.2. If you are representing an organization or business, disclose your affiliation and relationship with the organization or business clearly and transparently.

4. Content Standards

4.1. Only submit content that is relevant to the artistic community and aligns with the purpose and goals of our platform. Content that is unrelated, spammy, or promotional in nature may be removed at our discretion.

4.2. Ensure that any content you submit, including artworks, comments, or discussions, is appropriate for a diverse audience and complies with our policies regarding obscenity, defamation, or other objectionable content.

5. Community Engagement

5.1. Engage with the community in a positive and constructive manner. Share your knowledge, experiences, and insights to contribute to meaningful discussions and collaborations within the artistic community.

5.2. Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others. Do not share personal information about others without their consent, and refrain from engaging in intrusive or invasive behavior.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

6.1. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines or our policies, please report it to us immediately. We will review the report and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, issuing warnings, or suspending or terminating accounts.

6.2. We reserve the right to enforce these Guidelines and our policies at our discretion. Our decisions regarding content moderation and enforcement actions are final.
