2. Artwork Submission and Representation

2.1. By submitting artworks to our platform, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the artworks or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit the artworks for display and sale on our platform.

2.2. You retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights in your artworks. However, by submitting artworks to our platform, you grant Todaya and Always Art a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the artworks for the purposes of promoting and operating our platform and services.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. As an Artist, you have the discretion to set the prices for your artworks displayed on our platform. You agree to accurately represent the prices of your artworks and to comply with any pricing guidelines provided by Todaya and Always Art.

5.1. You agree to comply with our content standards and guidelines when submitting artworks to our platform. You acknowledge that Todaya and Always Art reserves the right to remove or reject any artworks that violate these standards or guidelines.

5.2. You agree not to submit artworks that are unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6. Termination

6.1. Todaya and Always Art reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform and services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or our policies.
